Amelia Keith Owner
Amelia Keith began her entertainment career during her teen years, however early on she discovered her
true passion was behind the camera. Over the years she has gained experience as a talent agent, casting
director, acting coach, production coordinator and has taught self confidence/interview skill classes to
teenagers.
After continuously being approached by potential talent for guidance on succeeding in the Entertainment Industry,
Amelia decided to open her own image consulting company. At the end of 2006, she decided to transition this company over to a talent agency. This proved to be a smart move as Amelia was named a finalist in the 2007 and 2008 American Business Awards in the category of Best Corporate Communicator and Winner of Best Creative Professional in the 2008 American Business Awards.

Scott Barber

Scott Barber is a native Atlantan with an extensive background in the entertainment industry. Aside from various acting experiences in his youth, Scott got into the Casting side of the business in Los Angeles after graduating from the University of Georgia in 2001. From there, he had the opportunity to serve as a Casting Associate and Casting Director for various primetime television shows for networks such as: MTV, NBC and FOX. Later, Scott came back to Atlanta to attend Law School at Georgia State University. While there, he specialized in Arts and Entertainment Law and worked on various television deals for Turner and TNT.
After graduating from Law School, he signed on with the William Morris Agency in Beverly Hills, California to join the exclusive Agent Training Program and become a Hollywood Agent. During his time with William Morris, Scott worked in the Motion Picture and Television departments where he worked with some of the biggest names in the world of Film and Television.
From the Academy Awards to local television commercials, Scott has had success at all levels of the entertainment industry and is very excited to be back in his hometown of Atlanta. He joined Allure Image Management in 2007 “Once I met Amelia, it became clear that her agency is a first class operation and she is just as talented as any agent in LA. Moreover, she is very strict about only representing serious actors who want to pursue legitimate careers in this business. I felt this was the only place in the area that could offer clients the same type of real entertainment opportunities that you would find in places like NY and LA”. Scott also currently serves as an attorney for an Atlanta law firm.
Paul Dettman

Paul Dettman is a book publisher who got into the movie business when his friend asked him to produce a short film. The result, Pop The Question, won the Platinum Remi Award at the 37th WorldFest, Houston,
Texas in 2004. It also appeared at the LA ShortsFest, Filmfest Dresden (Germany) and Raetihi Film Festival (New Zealand) and was screened on television in the UK. During the last few years he has worked as a mentor to many young writers in the UK, and has built up a niche public relations agency. The agency acts as a European base for British and American actors. It is this work which led him to Amelia Keith and Allure Image Management, and he hopes to build a successful outpost with her in London during 2009.
Paul has an extensive track record as an international management consultant, and has experienced the film industry first-hand as a producer in Europe and America. He understands how hard it is for anyone to break into the business, especially for writers and actors, and has a range of contacts in Hollywood and London. He believes that success is primarily won through hard work , but recognizes that a heavy address book is also essential!
